These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Star City Skies (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) governing your access to and use of the Star City Skies website, mobile application, and services.

By accessing or using our Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Platform.

Scope of Services

Star City Skies provides professional real estate photography and drone videography services for real estate agents, property owners, and businesses in Lincoln, Nebraska and surrounding areas. Services include interior and exterior photography, aerial drone imagery, and video production for property listings and marketing purposes. We do not act as a real estate broker, agent, or marketplace, and we are not party to any real estate transaction between our clients and third parties.
